Belle HomeCruisers offers you ...

the most relaxing way to spend your days ...

"Dream On" is the latest Belle HomeCruiser ... you are welcome to visit her at Pepper's Anchorage Marina  at Port Stephens in New South Wales.

(Ph: 0409 499 540 - Steve Garland)

Built to NSW Maritime's most stringent 4E Survey by Excel Marine Pty Ltd, "Dream On" is not only a demonstration vessel that you can view before you decide to buy one, she is also used for catered Business Conventions and dolphin watching excursions.

Belle HomeCruisers are professionally constructed from marine grade aluminum and feature ...

           * 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two bunks plus a single trundle

           * Full bathroom - toilet, vanity, shower - with instant gas hot water system

           * Full kitchen - gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a front loading washing machine

           * BBQ + storage cupboards

           * Effluent processor to dispose of all waste generated  (available late 2008)

           * 24 square metre lounge with double sofa-bed + dining room with dining table for 8 people

           * an upper-deck with a covered 37 square metre entertaining area and almost 50 square metres in total.

You'll appreciate the layout and spacious dimensions of a Belle HomeCruiser ...

And you're welcome to visit "MaryBelle" ... our Bobbin Head (NSW) based demonstration HomeCruiser

"MaryBelle" was the first of our Belle Homecruiser launched in 2004 and berthed at the far north-eastern corner of Empire's Bobbin Head Marina. To get there go along Bobbin Head Road in North Turramurra (Sydney, NSW, Australia) and through the National Park to the Bobbin Head Marina.  Stroll down to Berth F32.

Please phone Neil Smith: 0429 44 00 50 (or 02 9488 5224) to arrange a time to visit.

Your own HomeCruiser's suburban location means that you will be able to  leave home, drive only a relatively short  distance and simply walk in the front door of your floating holiday home to enjoy both the features, decor and the surrounding views and lifestyle ...  you just relax and entertain as you would in any luxury waterfront home.

This also means that, whenever you want to, you can turn the ignition key to start the twin 4 stroke EFI  outboards (from either upper or lower helms in "Dream On") and take a leisurely trip around Sydney's Broken Bay areas, and along the hundreds of kilometres of waterways along the Hawkesbury River or into the beautiful Pittwater and Gosford areas.

"MaryBelle" cruises at 5 knots ( and "Dream On" with larger outboards cruises at 10 knots). Petrol usage is about the same as running a medium sized car with isolated tanks so that a possible fuel-gas explosion is not possible when starting the outboards.

The main bedroom is as stylish as it is private ...

(with a 6 drawer clothes cabinet and wall mirror are standard inclusions)

Bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom have a slide-out trundle underneath creating another bed if needed ... plus an LCD digital TV with  DVD and Playstation to provide the younger ones with their own space ...

You can make your  own choice from several different types of kitchens available ... from the basic to the exotic if you so wish.

"MaryBelle's" kitchen has a basic layout with standard bench-top and sink but features a 240vAC (auto-switchable to 12vDC) refrigerator, microwave and with a gas stove-oven.

"Dream On" has stainless steel fittings including a built-in freezer-fridge and bench cooking hot plates ... with a hand-made butcher-block bench-top to provide that little extra gourmet touch.

The stylish bathroom naturally has cold and hot (gas heated) shower and vanity with a "just-like-home" vitreous china toilet.

An on-board effluent processor (Patent Applications already lodged), designed to suit on-board living on our HomeCruisers, is presently under development. It is expected that by late 2008 the first processor will be installed on "MaryBelle" for test and demonstration.

An LCD TV, VCR and DVD are standard features in the lounge room. A top quality GME "Acies" dual TV aerial system with its own dedicated digital set-top box guarantees TV signal in all but the most remote areas.

One sofa-bed allows additional sleeping for two ... plus there is an additional fold-up bed in a storage cupboard to provide sleeping accommodation for least 8 people.

Storage cupboards include a wardrobe and a small office desk to suit your laptop ...

Under a soft-top bimini upstairs on "MaryBelle" a panoramic entertaining area comfortably seats sixteen or more ...

"Dream On" demonstrates the alternative ... a hard-top bimini covering a built-in BBQ and seating into which insulated ice-boxes have been built to cater for large scale entertaining

Compare the difference ... a Belle HomeCruiser is:

*unbelievably spacious

*fully self contained

*incomparably cheap to run

*easy to clean and maintain ...

and you could buy at least six Belle HomeCruisers for the price of this next door neighbour ... and running costs are just a tiny fraction of most 'pointy-enders'.

What More Could You Want In Your Home-away-from-Home?

What about "fish and swim" right at the back door!!

Well, with a Shark Shield (an optional extra) you can swim without fear of sharks approaching 8 metres from your swim platform

The runabout's cradle shown above is fitted to "MaryBelle". It is an optional extra. Not only is it a davit lifter for your runabout, it can be a mini pool for swimming from the stern's swim platform.
