means that
YOU'RE BUYING MORE THAN THIS HOMECRUISER,
YOU'RE ALSO BUYING INTO
AN UNEQUALLED LIFESTYLE ...
presently with views from a marina berth at lovely Bobbin Head
MaryBelle is a fully furnished, self contained, 2 bedroom luxury apartment with all TV/DVD and audio systems installed throughout .... and absolutely waterfront!
(State Land Tax on any similar waterfront holiday home would cost more than the fees at her marina berth!)
Move her whenever or wherever you want to.
MaryBelle was custom built in 2004 by John de Rooy, a professional Shepparton (Victoria) boat builder (trading as The Boat Shed), using only finest marine grade aluminum and conforms with Victorian Waterways standards of construction. The vessel was designed and commissioned by the present owner who can provide detailed photographs taken progressively of the process.
If this this vessel was to be replicated now, the cost would approximate $600,000 (reference proof is available).

The layout (approx sizes) ...
MaryBelle's 2 x 50 HP Mercury 4 stroke Big-Foot outboards were added late 2005 (with only 170 hrs up now and both motors were serviced in January 2010).
She uses as much petrol as a car while cruising at about 4 knots. A 200 litre fuel tank is safely isolated underneath and away from the outboard motors.
MaryBelle's present suburban Sydney location (if you choose to keep her on there) means that a Sydney family only needs to drive a relatively short distance to simply walk in the front door of your floating holiday home to enjoy both the features, decor and the surrounding views and lifestyle ... you just relax, entertain and enjoy as you would in any luxury waterfront home ... but with the water at your doorstep. And a "Shark-Shield" allows you to swim within a radius of 8 metres of your mooring so you have a giant swimming pool at your door.

It also means that, whenever you wish, you start her up and take a leisurely trip around Sydney's Broken Bay areas, and along the hundreds of kilometres of unparalleled waterways along the Hawkesbury River or into the beautiful Pittwater and Gosford areas.
She is presently berthed at F12 berth at Empire's Bobbin Head Marina. To get there, go along Bobbin Head Road in North Turramurra (Sydney, NSW, Australia) and through the National Park gates to the Bobbin Head Marina.
Please phone Neil Smith: 0429 44 00 50 (or 02 9488 5224) to arrange a time to visit.
